Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order before it's been dispatched from our fulfillment center, please write to us at support@fabseasons.com with your order details. We will cancel the order without any extra fees and you should receive the refund to the source of payment or as Store Credits* within 7 days of acceptance of order cancellation. If the order has been dispatched and you do not want to receive the same, kindly inform our team at support@fabseasons.com and refuse to take delivery. We will initiate a refund to the source of payment within 7 days or as Store Credits of acceptance of cancellation request after deducting to and fro shipping charges and a cancellation fee of Rs. 50. The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.
Returns / Replacements -INDIA
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the FabSeasons website, you have an option to raise return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery of the product.
Procedure
You can either request replacement unit or return the product and get your money back. To raise return/replacement requests, kindly email us on support@fabseasons.com along with reason for return/replacement request. Please note that we may ask for photo or videos of the product to approve your request. So, kindly take photos/record videos while unboxing the order. Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), bill and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to you in form of store credit. Please note that for both returns and replacements, there will be a fee of Rs.50 and actual two-way shipping charges will be applicable.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY - INTERNATIONAL
Please note that the FabSeasons exchange and repair policy is applicable only in India. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns, refunds, and exchanges outside of India. You will be expected to return the product by courier at your cost to an address in India.
*The decision is taken by our FabSeasons Team of whether it should be paid back to source or issued back in form of store credits.
